Welcome!

As the title of this blog indicates, I am single and living in the second city.  I am lucky to have an amazing, family, thoughtful friends and a job I love.  I am 34 years old and have lived in Chicago for ten years.  I think it is one of the greatest cities in the world.

I wanted to start a blog to discuss some of my passions including food, shopping (with coupons), subscription boxes and my love of beauty products!  I love reading blogs that discuss all of the above so I thought I could combine them all into one blog.  

I have hilarious, beautiful and talented friends.  I can't wait for some guest blogs in which they tell you about their hysterical dating experiences. Wish me luck!
